Nancy Bensen, RHIA, CHPS, RAC-CT, a co-owner of Med-Rec Systems, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security, and Resident Assessment Coordinator - Certified. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration at Indiana University. As a Med-Rec Systems consultant since 1996, Nancy provides consulting services in the areas of long term care, ambulatory surgery centers, and dialysis centers. Nancy is a member in good standing with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Nancy is an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM Trainer.
Linda Wolfe, RHIA, CCS-P, CHPS, a co-owner of Med-Rec Systems, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based, and Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security with the American Health Management Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration at Indiana University. As a Med-Rec Systems consultant since 1996, Linda provides consulting services in the areas of ambulatory surgery centers, long term care, physician practices, and dialysis centers. Linda is a member in good standing with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Linda is an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM Trainer.
