Focus Groups/Workshops/Webinars

Focus group training sessions are offered in small groups to allow for more attention to specific individual needs, questions and instruction for each participant. Each session is limited to seven (7) attendees.  

Workshops are offered in a larger classroom style setting and include general subject matter designed for the participant to gain knowledge and understanding of the content discussed. Group discussion with question and answer period will be included.

Webinar sessions are provided to allow participants to attend training sessions critical to their job functions.
